  • Physical Products (Canvases)
    We want you to love your canvas. If your order arrives damaged or with a quality issue, please contact us within [X days – usually 7–14] of receiving your parcel. Send us your order number and photos of the issue, and we’ll work with you to make it right.
    Please note: we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for reasons other than damage or quality problems.
  • Digital Products
    All sales of digital products are final. Due to the nature of instant downloads, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for digital items.
